The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse: Kindness, Togetherness, Art and Love
During this real-time "book club" we will share Charlie Mackesy's beloved book, "The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and the Horse". We will explore our shared experiences and the beauty of love. Using the book as our inspiration we will create positive affirmation notes as loving reminders for ourselves that we can share with others as well. Come ready share, create, and feel loved as we enjoy this inspirational and transformative book.

Love and Kindness Stones
Come ready to create, celebrate and share love and kindness! We use use Art and Pure Positivity to create a variety of stones and shapes that celebrate love, cultivate kindness and fill our hearts with gratitude!
Our painted stones will remind us of the love and kindness that exists within us and ways we can share it too! We will place stones outside together to uplift the community and you’ll go home with stones to share anywhere you would like to! Save a few for yourself as a reminders to love yourself too!

Just Breathe
Let go of the idea of a meditation practice and cozy up to the beauty of a few meaningful breaths. In this class we will try a variety of simple breathing exercises that can calm you and ground you, cultivating kindness and compassion for ourselves. We will also discuss practical tools you can use when your breath isn’t quite doing it for you and simple movements or time outdoors could!

Calming Connections
We've all experienced the discomfort difficult emotions and thought patterns create as well as the desire to escape. In this class we will dive deeper to explore tools we can use to quiet our minds and connect to our body, soothing the discomfort in a positive way. From movement and breathing exercises to positive affirmations, time outdoors, and clay, there will be something for everyone and lots of love too!

Monthly Meet-Up
Curious about SEL and Cultivating Kindness Classes? Each month will "meet-up" so you can get to know me and connect with the community. We will share, talk through a few simple self-care tools and I'll answer any questions you may have! There will be lots of love to go around!

Who Me, Couldn't Be!
During this fun and freeing class, we will explore self-awareness with compassion, love, and laughter because let’s be real, it can feel a bit awkward to explore all the parts of ourselves. Self-Awareness is the foundation of SEL. Being willing to love and accept ourselves helps us relate well to others as well. Don't worry, I’ll be along for the ride with all of you as we explore our shared experiences, the ways we can love ourselves through them, and celebrate our bravery for showing up too!
