We all feel the feels, which is why I love SEL, it teaches us how to understand what we're feeling and then teaches us how to take care of ourselves!

And, when it comes to self-care, it's different for everyone.

My goal is to introduce you a variety of tools and resources so you can try some out and choose the things that work for you!

​

Creating your self-care tool box takes some trial and error, but you can have fun with as you do.

Laugh when it doesn't work, Celebrate when it does, and if you're not sure yet, that's okay too!

Creating a safe space for ourselves, our kiddos a home or in the classroom can provide us the time and the resources we need to both understand what we're feeling and how to take care of ourselves.
