My goal is to introduce you a variety of tools and resources so you can try some out and choose the things that work for you!

Creating your self-care tool box takes some trial and error, but you can have fun with as you do.

Laugh when it doesn't work, Celebrate when it does, and if you're not sure yet, that's okay too!
